Order Processing:

To cut down on waste and help save our environment all of our products are made to order. This process will help our future but will also create a little longer than normal shipping times. We take about 2-4 business days to create apparel products. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Shipping Delivery

 All orders are shipped Ground with FedEx, DHL, and USPS. We choose the carrier based upon shipping times. All orders will get a tracking number. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

Signature Confirmation

Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If a signature is required, the carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier will not deliver unless they acquire a signature.

 Returns and exchanges

 The Mug Affair offers a 15-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days as long as they are unused, unworn, undamaged and in new condition. If you have not received the correct item or the item is defective or damaged, you may return the item in its original condition including all original tags and packaging to us within 30 days. 


Please Note: An RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization number) MUST be obtained within 30 days of receiving your goods before returning any item. We must receive your return within 14 days of generating the RMA number. It can take up to 14 days for your return to be processed. 

Returns or exchanges for items that are no longer wanted or items that were not shipped in error are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order or our return policy, send us an email at support@themugaffair.com. 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM IN 3 EASY STEPS

Step 1: Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain this "RMA" number from our customer service representatives via email or phone. (You must obtain an "RMA" number before shipping your item. Any returned goods without an RMA number may not be accepted and any refund or exchange may be forgone). 

Step 2: Package your item(s). Be sure to package your items properly. Any items returned that is not in its original condition will not be accepted. Please write your name, your order number and the "RMA" number on the outside of your package. This will ensure correct and quick processing time. Please note: It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the package is posted correctly. Club Urban is not responsible for any goods that are lost, damaged or stolen while in transit back to us. 

Step 3: Ship your item(s) to us. You must pay for the shipping cost to return the item(s). If the item is being returned due to our error, you will be refunded for the original shipping charges incurred once we have received the returned goods and the item is inspected and approved for resale. Send your returns to:

Once the item has been approved for resale, we will make any necessary changes to the order, issue refund, store credits, exchanges, etc. If you wish to exchange an item for any reason, simply purchase a new one and return the one you don't want. Do not ship your item with a note to exchange it, because the item you want might be sold out or not available by the time we receive it.
